- Changed EPS tests considering complex arithmetic.
Passed EPS tests for real and complex arithmetics.
Fixed bug in Davidson methods: when B-orthogonalizing, the eigenvectors are 2-normalized.
Relaxed the constrain that keeps the norm result real.
