SLEPc users mailing list by following the instructions in the

section. We will update users regarding new releases, changes, etc.

<p><b><font size="3" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Apart from PETSc,
is it necessary to install other software to use SLEPc?

<font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">The only requirement
to use SLEPc is to have PETSc installed in your system. However, we
recommend you to install also other libraries such as ARPACK because
the solvers currently implemented in SLEPc are not competitive with
the ones provided by these libraries. Future releases of SLEPc will
include more powerful solvers.
